Overview

Hotel Phone Systems

Hotels need more from a phone system than an office does. Rooms must open and close with the stay, calls must be billed correctly and housekeeping needs to update status from the room.

A hospitality-ready phone system links to your PMS so the front desk does less and guests get a better stay.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which PMS systems are supported?

The phone system uses a standard PMS interface. We confirm compatibility with your PMS and version before installation.

Can we keep our existing room phones?

Often, yes. Analog room phones can be connected through gateways or line cards.

What about 9-1-1 from guest rooms?

Guests can dial 9-1-1 directly, and the call can alert the front desk with the room number.
